Established in 1979, Environmental Construction, Inc. is an underground utility contractor with extensive experience in telecommunication lines as well as water line installation and repair.

From modest beginnings with founder, Richard Howe, who is still actively involved in the business, Environmental Construction, Inc. (ECI) has expanded it's operations from Indiana to Arkansas, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Oklahoma, Illinois, Ohio, and Wisconsin.

A large component to their success has been their dispatch center which handles the contractual obligations, billing, accounting, and electronic order processing. Assigned individuals at the center personally handle each job request from entry date through completion to ensure one on one contact with the customer; a valuable asset to growing utility companies in a competitive market.

ECI has successfully undertaken new contracts with large service areas in a very short time frame, making it a smooth transition for all involved.
